Day 1 of my journal.
Hello everyone. Happy I have just found this terrific site. I am 53 and have had problems with my weight for years. I have lost 4 stone but it has taken me many years to do it. This site will help me to get the rest off. Being able to share with others will give me the encouragement to keep going.
I want to try and lose 24lb by the end of July for my boyfriends family holiday in Cyprus. As I will be meeting his brother from Australia for the 1st time. And want my boyfriend to be proud of my new figure.
