I have been doing a good job at consuming less calories and less carbs this week. I am happy with my current daily calorie intake. I am a dancer, so I had a few extra carbohydrates than I usually would yesterday for dinner. I also had some chocolate, but I don't feel guilty about it, because if I'm going to stick to a diet, I'm going to need to cheat a few times a week. I have been drinking lots of water, and I have definitely been getting enough exercise, but I could still use some more.
