Daughter headed back to boarding school in two days and will get really diligent again about no M and Ms at movies. But I have added free weights to my workouts and am incorporating at least one main studio cardio class a eek to the bar classes I take now. Want to see those last few pounds off for the spring because nobody wants to see a marsupial pouch when they look in the mirror.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.4 lb a week
