Today I started with a metabolism change diet to help me a bit, cause I am struggling.

For this morning I have black coffee with out sugar or milk and a brotchen, couldn't find whole wheat bread yet..
147.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
