So I had an amazing week.
I lost 5.6lbs and got a 10lb ribbon. I guess dragging my but to the gym every day payed off. I even went 2 times some days. I feel great. I can def tell the difference in my clothes. Yay. Now if I could only not get lazy and keep tracking there may be light at the end of the summer tunnel.

188.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 38.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 32.2 lb a week
