what?! I go back to the gym from a long absence, workout semi intense for 30 minutes and the next day I lose 7lbs?! Well, I also didn't eat much that day so the calories out were way more than the calories in. Anyway, yay for me!
214.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
