No weightloss this week, but I've made huge strides as far as inches! My comparison pictures are really motivating! Did Tae Bo six days and took Sunday off (hubby insisted) but we did go for a nice evening walk! I feel stronger and I can tell I'm more flexible and my balance is improving! Here's to week 2!!
