Updated Profile and goals and such.

Couldn't fit in what I want to reward myself with for goals so i thought I would put what I know here.

Current weight 277
first new goal:264-75 lbs lost!Hair Appt
second new goal:249-90 lbs lost! TBD
thrid new goal: 239-100 lbs lost! Roller Skates

I need to get to gyming again and lay off the ice cream. My anxiety is going up again. :\
277.0 lb Lost so far: 62.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 5.6 lb a week

Ice cream is my best friend - seriously that coffee and peanut butter.. but there is a member on here that makes peanut butter cream and I tried that - OMG so good and I eat that way more than the ice cream now.. you should try it. The recipe is in my cook book if you are interested. remember small steps make life changes maybe set yourself a goal of going to the gym once a week for a couple weeks than twice a week and just keep going up from there .
