Fighting fatigue and heel pain this week. The weather has finally cooled down, but I can't go walking because every step I take is agony. Painkillers are not helping at all. I walk around work like a zombie all day because I feel exhausted from being in pain. Will have to see the doc if this doesn't get better soon.
I'm making an effort to pack a healthy lunch for work, so that I'm not so ravenous when I leave and don't get tempted to stop by any fast food places for a snack. I've been making quick salads and it helps a little, but my mind keeps nagging me to stop for food all the way home. I need to work on not snacking too much when I'm home. That's my second big food issue. Getting home and not being able to stop myself from eating constantly. I probably eat more calories in the hours that I'm home in the evening than I do for breakfast and lunch combined.
Still not quite convinced that I'm going to stick with this this time around. We'll see if I come back here tomorrow, or if I really participate in the challenge I joined. I'm already behind on the mini challenges because of my heel pain.
