Not following calorie intake or exercise program. The good sign is the weight is staying. That is nice to see. I should set an exercise program and stick to it as this should help loss more weight.
207.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
