4 workouts one small cheating 2 cups of wine and gelato gain a pound. Energy was good implemented yams and beets. in 2500 intake a day will continue for a month then adjust base of results.
196.0 lb Lost so far: 42.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 1.2 lb a week
