Well it's my first day logging my food officially on the website. I'm a little scared of actually seeing all that I eat in a day. I really need to lose weight and get back to where I was before college and PT school. I'm planning to run my first race ever on Saturday, 2 miles, and hopefully this will kickstart my journey toward a 5k. I need to get my eating under control and figure out exactly where I'm going wrong with my diet. I'm looking forward to getting to the bottom of my slow weight loss!
