This is the first week that I have tried counting my calories as well as carbs. BECAUSE...... I was not losing weight.
I did lose about 5 lbs to start, and inches, for sure. HOwever, I have already dropped about a half lb in 2 days, at least.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
