The scale tells it all. Up 2. Lots of pasta this week. Still eating out a LOT. Mostly with clients/friends. Must learn to make better choices when eating out. Focus on the goal.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.0 lb a week
