hope i don't fall and start again living on biscuits and sugar - i was doing well...

You are doing great! Look at all you've achieved over the last few months. :-) Obviously living on biscuits and sugar isn't the way to go but don't deprive yourself completely or you'll go mad thinking about all the things you are craving.
Everything in moderation of course and I think the key is finding a food and exercise plan that gives you steady loss, doesn't leave you feeling hungry all the time and most importantly, is sustainable.
If I didn't have a cheat day every once in a while, I'd go bonkers :-)

When I have days when I am hungry all the time, I get stuck into all the free calorie things like gherkins and radishes and celery, so I can munch away without getting mad at myself!
