Followed my diet pretty well last week, when I was visiting my parents (and sans a food scale), though I didn't do any walking (but did do much up and down stairs).

Mea culpa: it was my birthday celebration time. Saturday the 28th my parents took us out to a rather nice casino/buffet place with snazzier food...and I omnommed my way through lots of crab legs and such. Sunday night was delayed pizza night with my man, plus some freebees from local places. Monday the 2nd was my 50th birthday, and - damn it! - I was going to actually ENJOY myself, no matter what! So, it was Cold Stone Creamery (small) cake slice, a nice, up scale dinner out with lobster, and various other noms.

Net result (with the usual snort at the scale for showing me to have gained a literally impossible amount of weight in 3 days... You're just weighing food in my gut and clothing, stupid scale!): a gain of 4 pounds. Pfft. Yeah, sure, dumb scale. We'll see about that in a few days.
