Just some random thoughts.

I gave myself today to go crazy with my meals. Eat out for breakfast and lunch and I'm not even sure what I'll have for dinner tonight. But i think it is really strange that when i eat what I actually want I don't go over my calories nearly as bad as when I try to eat what is supposed to be healthy. I know I should still make healthier choices, but I'm realizing that enjoying my food is going to be a big part of my weight loss journey.
