My weight when I started was 225.6 (8/1/14)my goal was 200lbs by Christmas (achieved) but now I am rolling that goal to 190 by Feb 1st (trip to Fla. achieved). Now its March 2015 and I weighed in today at 186.2. For me its 80% diet and 20% extra calorie burn. Per day stats look like this: I am eating and drinking between 1300 and 1600 calories a day, 100+ oz of water a day, Almost no sugar, Total Fat ~ 40, Net Carbs ~ 80-120 (almost all fruit and vege), Fiber ~ 30-40, Protein ~ 60-80.
