Starting weight = 476 pounds. Week #5 Closing = 435 pounds.
Numbers Update: Lost 41 pounds. Lost 8.61% of body weight. BMI down 4 points; to 62.4.
No soda for 35 days. No alcohol for 38 days. Have not cheated on diet for 35 days.
Took weekend trip trip to St. Simmons Island for 24th Wedding Anniversary. I did eat two meals that consisted of cheeseburgers & bacon. However, I did not use mayonnaise; & although maybe it is not recommended, I only ate two meal per day on those days to stay within my caloric limits.
Long story, short; got to feel like I ate something I should not, but I kept my day in check for total calories overall. I walked away from the weekend feeling like I learned how to manage cravings better. Still lost 3 pounds on the week; not a big week, but a loss is a loss.
