I don't know exactly how to do this diet. I am scared of the 'low carb flu' and what if sugar starts to drop? I tried this for a few days before and seemed to be okay unitl around day 4 or 5 when i felt like my sugar was tanking pretty bad. I did something stupid - which was drinking a can of sprite. I gave up after that because that was very scary.
