Purchased size medium work out clothes today!!! So excited. I threw out all of my size 16 pants. I have a few Large tops that I still feel more comfortable wearing... but I can tell that soon they will all be too big to wear. My size 14 pants are comfortable right now... Every morning when I put them on I think they are going to be too tight, but not only are they not too tight anymore they are actually comfortable and maybe even starting to feel a little roomy. Hope to be buying size 12 for fall/winter clothes. I am noticing a huge difference in my energy level. I can do so much more and for so much longer. I have been going straight since 9am and I still feel good. Normally I would have already been a asleep. Feeling pretty good about my progress so far. Slow but consistant.
