Well, I guess for now I'm doing something right. I know this may only be initial water weight loss, nevertheless I'm very happy to see the scale moving downward.
318.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The way I look at is we are made up of 75% water so eve"water" loss is a loss! Good Job! Now just stay away from McDonalds and you will shed even more! ;)
