Somebody Else's Journal, 28 February 2015

First fast day in a week or so. So far so good. Just made myself a yummy, very spicy cous-cous salad. I've gone just over my 600kcal daily limit, so I faaaailed, but I don't care too much, because all's good at the end of the day.

Was gonna go for a 4 mile-ish walk, but a friend I rarely see was at my dad's, so I thought I'd stop by and say hi. Just as well, too, as it started pissing it down out there, and I only had a leather jacket, so I woulda been freezing and soaked. x_x Tomorrow! Really need to get walking, because I've got another 14.8 mile sneaking up on me.

I feel so weak, and comparitively speaking, look it. I can't wait to stop losing body fat, so I can just go for the muscle and start bulking. It was nice being lean, back in the day, but I don't wanna be that weak again. Having a bit of muscle and an overall lean figure is cool and all, but I want size and strength, too.
