i just walk and run alot and eat alot of fruits and veggies. I also drink alot of gatorade and water and eat low fat yougurt
229.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 106.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
