Now, the link contained in this post goes to my old blog, but it details my less than stellar journey to where I am today and WHY. Words hurt folks, and karma bites HARD!

I stopped my way of eating when I became seriously ill due to getting old female issues. Atkins had nothing to do with it, illness did. I gained 20 lbs back. We've suffered one financial set back after another since then driving me further and further away from my goal, I didn't necessarily gain more weight, but I certainly didn't lose any either. I'm determined to get to 140 lbs.

So let's do this together.
