I am on a 30 day program with the hCG Activator diet. 500 calories a day and 64+ oz of water. I took a before picture, and I am in my 17th day now. I cooked 7) 3.5 oz of chicken in water and put in containers and I cooked 7) 3.5 oz of turkey in water and put in containers also. The hard part for me is to skip breakfast and smell my husbands egg and toast in the morning. I am stalled right now, I usually am loosing about 1 lb a day. I made a graph using Excel and I am charting my weight and my foods.
I want a chicken casadia, but that has to wait.
May 23 I started and so far I have lost 11.6 lbs in 17 days. Hang tough.
