Today was one of those days where you want to give up and eat the kitchen. I still dont have the foods I need for this diet so I am just eating what I have. I tried to go shoping but this new manager wouldnt cash my check so I couldnt buy anything I needed. I have had a headach all day and it is getting worce and all I want to so is eat and eat and eat. Sooooo frustrating. I didnt exercixe today either because my head hurts. I wish I could just go to bed right now.
