OK Now that I have settled in nicely at 175lbs which is the lowest I have weighed in about 18 years I am making the push towards a new goal of 165. I will give my self just under 2 months to reach the new goal and this should put me at a weight I haven't been at since just after high school. I have also started to add exercise and strength training back into my weekly regimen.
Here's to the final push to a new healthy beginning.
