Ok, I think I get it now....I'll burn either fat or carbs...remove carbs and I'll burn fat. My husband was told a couple of years ago that he should go on a low carb diet for his heart...both of us just scratched our heads and thought, "Well, that doesn't make any sense! More fat????" Welllll...makes perfect sense now. He's in for a surprise when he gets home today :) Steak, cheese, eggs, yummy greens! (Just learned how to cook the perfect steak, so he's in for a HUGE treat ) Found a wonderful article that explains the low carb diet very well. Today is the first day of 25g of carbs/75g protein/89g fat...that's from Keto...anyone reading that who thinks that could be adjusted...write me and let's chat! Snow's coming this afternoon, so I'm off to the Grocer...can't forget firelogs! Peace..........
