I cheated like a demon last night and SO regret it today. I am supposed to weigh in and feel so guilty and afraid the scale will go up, that I am thinking about skipping. I ate 3 extra rice cakes AND a bag of the LA chz curls... ugh - the SALT craving.. I just couldn't control it!

I think I will own up anyway, see how badly that affected me and maybe will help me control it next time :(

Admitting to someone that you messed up is good. Accountability is one of the best parts of LA Weight Loss. Drink some extra water to help flush out the salt and remember a few things that will help with the salt craving- Hot water with Lemon juice, brushing your teeth with bakingsoda, and sugar free gum in a sour flavor can be diet savers.

Thanks! I have been doing lots of lemon water today - never thought of drinking it hot, nor sugar free gum... Thanks for the tips! (I do try brushing my teeth, but last night, my salt craving took control, and honestly, I just didn't care! I enjoyed but now I got it out of my system - only was up .4 so not too bad) Here's to a good dedicated wknd!!!

I am SURE gonna try! I gave myself a mini-goal (one I think I can do if I dedicate) to get BELOW 170 by next Friday - that should keep me on the straight and narrow! Wishing you luck over the weekend as well!
