I haven't been counting calories like I am supposed to but I have been working out pretty regularly. It shows a little on the scale and I'm still meeting my goal of -1lb a week but i know if I want to keep it up I need to watch my food intake too. I also need to do more abdominal exercise because that is where I carry all my weight and I still have people asking me if I am pregnant. :( Anyways I am in for the long haul 64 weeks still to go and I'm proud of myself so far : )
171.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 61.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week
