Fat! Working out, eating right....fat! Modified steak day today. Tea tea tea, then chicken tonight. Steak salad last night....some wine and crackers.
162.6 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
