Day 1 ...started Atkins today. I have had very good results with high protein, low carb in the past.
A bit of a headache, but I know that will pass. I had also started on PGX go give me a bit of help but after googling it, found they contain carbs and calories! So will leave them out.
I would rather get my carbs from veggies!
Wishing myself resolve as I start this journey...once again! 👍
