Trying really hard. I would like to look and feel good on my 60th birthday in September. I'm slipping off my diet a little, but sticking to it reasonably well. Boiled eggs are my secret weapon. Lots of protein and satisfying. Trying to remember to eat breakfast too. Helps me get through the day without all the snacking.
