I have been working out consistently, but my diet falters at least once a week. I weigh myself every few days and my weight is still the same, 150 lbs. I really need to buckle down. My body is getting really toned, which I love, but my weight is still the same and I need to start following all aspects of my diet. Okay, it starts NOW. I'm over seeing 150 on the scale.
