Started off the month with Sunday which included thin crust pizza with olives, pineapple, onions, bell pepper, and sausage. I had 2 pieces of regular hawaiian pizza. Late July multi-grain tortilla chips with jarred cheese dip. About 6 wings mild wings, and 3 fried party wings. An 11 oz bottle of orange juice and about 3 quarters of a bottle of champagne. Also had some Greek yogurt, honey, and pistachios for breakfast with a nutrigrain bar. To end the night I continued to eat the slice of Red velvet cake that I still haven't finished.
I also did 45 minutes of turbo fire and I'm super sore! Starting back today tracking.
197.0 lb Lost so far: 73.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
