I was out for a good chunk of yesterday, resulting in eating at a restaurant with my family for lunch. The place we went to is vegan and it was pretty good, but I don't have the experience to calculate the calories of the ingredients they used. I either went a little under or a little over my calorie limit and after a whole day of stressing over it I'm just letting it go.

Spending dinner with my spouse making poutine for herself and MIL was the hardest thing to endure not being able to eat as of yet.
310.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 170.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 5.6 lb a week
