I'm doing VBS (vacation Bible school) every night this week. I have really enjoyed being around the kids and it has been fun...but it has thrown my diet and exercise schedule around. So, I've discovered the joys of early morning running. AND early morning running is nice-- it is cooler...less observers...I can wear my shorter running shorts without worrying. So, I love it.

I've been junk eating-- but am starting to straighten out a little. Since I've upped my exercise-- I didn't gain weight-- but I haven't lost either. I'm running six miles on Saturdays now.

Registered to run in my first 10K on July 4...and a half marathon in October.
