Friday at last!
I intended to have another healthy NutriBlast for breakfast, but woke with a migraine so had to eat solid food to be able to take some Ibuprofen.
This should be a very busy day at work, so I'll get a lot of walking done today, then will do some kickboxing when I get home.
I'm going to do my best to do extra exercise to allow for some snacking during Super Bowl. I'm not much for sweets, but am tempted by chips and dips...and a little alcohol. I've got a menu of healthy dips and snacks, so hopefully won't do a lot of damage. T
