Yesterday was an excellent day. Continued to build on the 8 day waterfast. Focusing on consuming the right foods. Breakfast today was Kiwi, Watermelon, Blueberries, Papaya, Honeydew and Orange.

The fast has taught me the difference between hunger and habit in a way that nothing has in the past. Am starting to ramp up exercise today with a return to the squash court.

Will record a second entry latter today.
194.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Ok a Water Fast is NOT pursued for Weight Loss. Weight Loss is a natural by product of the fast but certainly not the reason. Here are some links to further review. Water Fasting prolonged past 3-5 days stimulates the regeneration of Stem Cells and also release natural human growth hormone. Before undertaking a waterfast which is NO FOOD just water you really need to study the process. Of particular importance is the refeeding process when you break the fast. The most fascinating element of the Waterfast is how it teaches YOU what we think is hunger is really HABIT!!! It also assists in dramatic Blood Pressure adjustment for those suffering.
