Yesterday was an excellent day. Continued to build on the 8 day waterfast. Focusing on consuming the right foods. Breakfast today was Kiwi, Watermelon, Blueberries, Papaya, Honeydew and Orange.
The fast has taught me the difference between hunger and habit in a way that nothing has in the past. Am starting to ramp up exercise today with a return to the squash court.
