this is my weight I am not so happy about it well who am I kidding I am really not happy with this weight what do I do to change it I know Rome wasn't buit in a day and that I need to put in more effort and that is what I am going to do going forward.
271.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 83.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
