my goal weight has been reached!...but I still have stubborn belly fat that refuses to scooch...ugh...New goal of 155 lbs, hopefully the last 5 lbs will be pure belly fat lost haha

Hi! I know your problem ;-). I calculated my macro's (how many grams of fat, protein and carbs I should eat) http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/ and I saw that I should eat more to lose fat.. mayby that's also your case? Good luck!

Belly fat? any intense training? boxing, kickboxing or muay thai can help. If you are following your eating plan, might need more intensity during your workout sessions.
