Got in just over 14000 steps yesterday, reaching 10000 before 3:00 p.m. I'm exhausted! But, I am hoping that 10000 steps will someday be my new baseline for daily exercise. Off to the gym! :)
186.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 61.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
