I have survived another session of cross fit, I knew I had worked hard but I got out the shower only to relise I had forgotten to rinse off my shampoo, that's a whole new level of fatigue for me. Dissapointed I have only lost 200g this time but I guess I do need to watch my portion control, doing exercise has never been the problem it's always been my hands as they shove food into my mouth! I swear it's to hot to do anything but go to the beach, I have never been so envious of seaside houses as I have the last month, fingers crossed we win the lotto!! #winningwithsmallvictories
268.3 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
