First week of cutting out processed food, snacking, and making walking part of my routine. I assume most of the weight is water weight too... So I'll see how progress goes in the next few weeks. Encouraging start though, if only because I have so much more energy! :)
159.0 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 20.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
