Would love to lose about a few pounds in the mid section/stomach....my main goal isn't necessarily weight lost, but i would like to the extra few pounds, eat healthier, and follow an exercise/weight regimen to tone and gain muscle as well as endurance. My heart rate is key. I was an athlete but then for the past 8-10yrs, i have not been exercising or eating as consiously as i should and need to...
