horrible. i havent been doing anything but sitting and eating since my car accident. i've got excuses I could make, but being hurt and out of work until after surgery doesnt really explain my eat anything you want diet i've been on for the last few months. i hate this backslide. I have my backside...lol No one but me to blame really.

two fractures, torn TFCC complex, torn scapholunate, nonunion of my distal radius....and a meniscus tear and some nerve damage that is finally starting to feel like skin again - this is what I was blaming, now I know it was just my big mouth.

Lets see if I can get back down to where I was before surgery next month.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
