Paleo is the Way to Go!

I have found that the less sugar I eat, the more weight I lose. I can eat no-fat or low-fat, but I just end up gaining more weight. I think the key is to use high fat foods, like coconut oil or ghee (which is just refined butter with no lactose for those of you not familiar with it) profusely in your diet, but then cut out all sugar. This includes sugar from fruits, grains, pasta, bread, desserts. The paleo approach works very well for me, and I would recommend it to anyone else.
