I weighed in today on my home scale. I don't count that as an official weigh-in. The official weigh-in's come from the doctor's office, but it looks like I am down a couple more pounds. I think I am right on target, still dropping about a pound per week.
It was nice yesterday when I put a suit on, it fit really well again. It was not snug at all. Even dress shirts are feeling great again. Every time I start losing weight it just amazes me how good it feels to shed those pounds. It is like finding a fountain of youth. Gee, I am wondering if maybe I keep gaining these pounds just so I can get this high that I get from losing the weight again and again - lol.
