Arubanbrownie's Journal, 23 January 2015

Soooo, it's the weekend and the week went pretty well. Yesterday I surpassed my calorie intake by +/- 300 calories. I don't have any excuses for this. In Aruba we are in the Carnival season and I sing in a band, and our training sessions are till late in the night. But I will carry fruits and/or yogurt with me to satisfy my cravings/hunger. Let's see how it goes during the weekend, but I know I can deal with the pressure. I don't crave sweets or too much food. I feel I'm on the right path and when the weeks are passing by, I will see the difference. I'm proud of myself for taking the right choice and putting myself in first place.
